We want you to love your SnorkCam. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with our 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@getsnorkcam.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your SnorkCam arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund โ in most cases without needing the faulty item returned.
Exchanges
Need something different? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final-sale items can't be returned. Items returned outside the 30-day window or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
