Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Times & Destinations

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 9–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order any time on our Track Order page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes applied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us and we'll help track it down right away.
